    1. Do you supply fresh flowers too?

    We only work with quality artificial flowers. However, our flowers are selected based on great quality and how realistic they are. We also have a range of real touch flowers.

    2. Do you have something in place to alleviate the risk of my arrangement being damaged while being shipped?

    Yes, along with lots of bubble wrap and internal packaging, we have a system in place which securely holds an arrangement in its delivery box. Even if the box was tipped upside down, the arrangement would not move (have a look at our photos here).

    3. How is shipping costs calculated?

    Shipping costs are calculated at check out. Cost is based on the size and weight of the packaged item. We follow Australia Post or our selected courier company's rates to determine the costs.

    4. How long does it take before my order is shipped?

    For items that are hand made to order, it will take up to 10 business days before dispatch. For readily available items, it will take up to 2 business days before dispatch.

    5. When will I receive my order?

    Once your item is dispatched, we will notify you and forward a tracking number to you. We use Australia Post and various courier companies for delivery therefore standard delivery times apply.

    6. I would like an urgent order, what do I do?

    Contact us by phone and we can confirm if the time frame is manageable.

    7. Can I pick up my order from you?

    Yes, you can opt for pick up from us located in Mount Annan NSW. There's an option on the check out page for this. Once your order is ready, we will contact you for pick up.

    8. How do I maintain my flowers?

    They require minimal maintenance. Just a light dust or wipe with a microfibre cloth every now and then. Make sure you don't wet the flowers and always keep them away from direct heat.

    9. Can I change the flowers in the arrangement?

    If resin is used in your flower arrangement, you cannot change the flowers. The resin has hardened and cannot be removed from the vase. If floral foam is used in your arrangement, you will need to remove the floral foam completely.

    10. Can you help me look for a particular flower?

    Yes, it is impossible to add all items on to our website. If you cannot find something in particular, just contact us and we can help you find it.

    11. Do you do more than bouquets for weddings?

    We can look after all your wedding flowers needs. We can also create a range of items for your wedding decorations, including centrepieces and arbour florals.

    12. Do you hire?

    We currently do not offer any florals for hire. 

    13. Do you wholesale?

    We are not a wholesaler, however can offer discounted rates for bulk purchases. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

    14. Do you do corporate installations?

    Yes, feel free to contact us to discuss your project.
